Terms of Service
These terms describe how FreightRoam may be used. They are provided for transparency and are not legal advice.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organization owners and admins control who has access to a workspace and what role each person holds.
Acceptable use
Do not use FreightRoam to break the law, upload malicious files, attempt to access another organization's data, or interfere with the operation of the service.
Your data
Records your organization enters remain yours. You grant us the permissions needed to host and process them so the service can function. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter, including hours, mileage, expenses and pay rates.
What the service does not do
FreightRoam calculates and exports pay settlements from the records in your workspace. It does not move money, file payroll taxes or 1099s, or act as your payroll agent, accountant or compliance auditor. You remain responsible for meeting your legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be communicated through the service.
Termination
You may stop using FreightRoam at any time. We may suspend access for a serious violation of these terms or for non-payment where a paid agreement is in place.
